This is because we want to give our attention to each product and item before it launches or is delivered to market.

Hence, some of the fabulous items you might want to order – could easily sell out in no time.

In this case, we will announce a pre order process where you can simply place a deposit and pre order your item.

OANNA AESTHETICS PRE ORDER POLICY

Our website will outline whether an item is sold out or not. Should the item be sold out, you can pre order the item on our website.

A proforma invoice will be generated and you will be required to pay the monies upfront for your order. No pre order will be initiated should the money not reflect in our account.

Depending on the style of the item [whether we have manufactured it or whether it was bought from the supplier – pre order timeline should ideally take 14 days maximum].

Please specify on the website whether you require customization as this will require additional days for inhouse customization.

The order will then be shipped to you as per usual shipping process.
